Chinkoo uses YouTube API Services. By using Chinkoo’s YouTube-related features, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Posts and comments appear anonymous to other members. Internally, the account, authored content, reports, and sanctions remain linked to prevent duplicate activity and operate the service safely. This is not anonymity from the service operator.
4. Member content
Members may submit only content they authored, have permission to share, or link to at its original source. Personal-data exposure, illegal content, hate, harassment, threats, doxxing, impersonation, spam, manipulated engagement, and full-copy redistribution are prohibited.
5. Moderation and appeals
Content that breaks the rules or creates a safety risk may be restricted or removed, and accounts may be limited or suspended. Chinkoo reviews context and evidence rather than deciding by report count alone. Affected members may request correction or appeal through Contact.
6. Data and analysis limits
Public YouTube values reflect the latest check and may later be changed or adjusted by YouTube. YouTube Charts period values are shown separately as official chart-counted views that exclude paid advertising. For a period in which the tracked video cannot be identified, Chinkoo may show a reference upper estimate under the stated assumption that the video was chart-eligible. That estimate includes the entry cutoff and, when the official CSV contains blank or unavailable rows, the highest view count among those rows. This is not an official or guaranteed maximum published by YouTube. Chinkoo does not treat the full public-versus-chart difference as paid views or claim to know the actual number of fans. Comparisons, changes, and reaction-density labels are independent Chinkoo analyses with their source and period identified.
7. External services
External links and players from YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, and other services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. If original content is deleted, made private, or cannot be embedded, it may stop working on Chinkoo.
8. Advertising and editorial independence
Sponsorships and advertising will be clearly labeled. An advertiser cannot buy or alter HOT placement, data wording, source verification, or review outcomes.
9. Changes and termination
These terms may change with features, policies, or law. Material changes will be announced in advance in the service. A member may stop using Chinkoo and request deletion of personal data at any time.
